Kevin Pauwels took the GVA Trophy final victory. His third place in the last race in Oostmalle was more than enough to defend his lead. He holds a ten points advantage over Zdenek Stybar. Niels Albert won the race in Oostmalle.
Pauwels has also won the Worldcup, and is in first place in the UCI-ranking.
