As the leading brand for the cyclo cross, Ridley is proud be associated with the best teams in the world. In 2006 the Fidea Cycling Team has won the 2 most prestigious titles with Erwin Vervecken winning the world championship Pro-Elite and Zdenek Stybar taking the U23 world championship. Fidea teammate and two-time former world champion Bart Wellens also took second in the Pro-Elite category. In 2007 Vervecken successfully defended his title, winning his third elite championship. 2008 brought an elite silver and a U23 gold medal.
