Our dealer Celti-Bike partners with three-time Paralympic champion Alexandre Léauté
Our dealer Celti-Bike announced a remarkable new partnership at the end of 2025. Three-time Paralympic champion Alexandre Léauté will be working closely with the Breton dealer and Ridley in the future. “We’re proud to be able to support a local talent in pursuing his dreams,” says store manager Christopher Jourden.
Brittany is known as a region deeply passionate about cycling — something that clearly resonates with the team at Celti-Bike, based in the beautiful department of Côtes-d’Armor. Located just 4 kilometres from the famous Guerlédan Lake and a stone’s throw from the legendary Mûr-de-Bretagne, the bike shop sits right at the heart of Breton cycling culture.

Pedalling with one leg
Alexandre Léauté was born on 12 October 2000 in Pontivy. At birth, he suffered a stroke, which left the right side of his body partially motor-impaired. He lost 95% of his muscle strength on that side, meaning he pedals using just one leg. This has not stopped him from competing in races organised by the French Cycling Federation, where he is allowed to race in a lower age category. As a Paralympian, he is currently part of l’Armée des Champions.
Riding for VCP Loudéac, Alexandre boasts an impressive palmarès with three Paralympic gold medals and 25 world titles. In addition, he has won one silver and three bronze medals at the Paralympic Games. In Paris, he claimed gold in both the pursuit and the time trial. Following in the footsteps of his father, who passed on the love of cycling, Alexandre looks up to Martin Fourcade as a role model and lives by the motto: “To win, you must dare to lose.”

Noah Fast
During a small announcement event, Alexandre was presented with his Noah Fast. The bike features the same colour scheme as that used by the Uno-X riders. With this, Celti-Bike and Ridley underline that Alexandre is supported with the same confidence and ambition. His bike is equipped with Scope wheels.

Noah Fast
The fastest bike we’ve ever builtIn 2025, aerodynamics is everything! Ridley’s product developers started with a blank slate for the third generation of the Noah Fast. The result is a 100% aero bike. At a speed of 50 kilometers per hour, the Noah Fast is 8.5 watts faster than its predecessor. This underscores that aerodynamics are rooted in Ridley’s DNA.
