Project RS2: a new benchmark in gravel racing
During The Traka, attentive observers may have noticed something unusual. In the peloton, a bike appeared that does not officially exist yet. It was a prototype developed with one clear objective: to be the fastest. Want to be the first to hear about Project RS2? Sign up here.
In autumn 2024, we introduced our aero-to-weight platform for gravel with the Ridley ASTR and Ridley ASTR RS. These bikes established a new balance between aerodynamics, weight and efficiency, tailored to the demands of modern gravel racing. But throughout development, one question remained: what if we pushed even further in pure speed?
Project RS2 is the answer to that question. This new platform focuses entirely on aerodynamic performance in a racing context. Developed with and for riders, and tested in real race conditions. Not an all-rounder, but a purpose-built tool for those seeking maximum performance on fast gravel courses. The official launch will follow later this year.
