Terms and conditions Black collection

The terms and conditions below are valid for the Ridley "Black Collection" Campaign:

• This campaign is organised by Belgian Cycling Factory NV, Beverlosesteenweg 85, 3583 Paal, VAT BE 0441.535.783, hereinafter referred to as "Ridley".
• By purchasing a bike from the Black Collection (see participating models on https://www.ridley-bikes.com/n...), you agree to these terms and conditions.
• When purchasing a bike from the Black Collection between 21/04/2023 and 30/06/2023 at an authorised European official Ridley dealer, you will receive a discount voucher worth €300.00 (VAT included), valid only for a next online purchase via Ridley's webshop in the participating countries*
• The discount voucher will be delivered by email after correct registration of the bike purchase on Ridley's website. https://www.ridley-bikes.com/n...
• The discount voucher must be spent in one go and cannot be split for subsequent purchases.
• This discount voucher is valid until 1 year after the date of purchase of the Black Collection bike (see date of sales invoice). After this, it cannot be applied.
• When checking out a purchase from the webshop, the discount voucher can be entered and the discount will be deducted from the amount of your shopping basket.
• You cannot enter multiple discount vouchers in your shopping basket at the same time.
• The discount cannot be combined with current offers and does not apply to already discounted items, sale items and in combination with other discount vouchers and discount codes.
• The discount does not apply to the following products: 3rd party collaborations.
• This discount voucher is not valid retroactively and is not redeemable for cash.
• The discount will be deducted from the total amount of the online purchase. When returning (any of) the products from the purchase, the discount provided will be deducted.his promotion is reserved for consumers.
• Ridley reserves the right to make interim changes to the terms and conditions of the promotion. Printing and typesetting errors reserved.
• Questions, comments or complaints regarding these terms and conditions and/or this promotion can be submitted to Ridley's customer service, which can be reached via the chat on the website or by calling 013673600.
• It is possible that information relating to this promotion is incomplete or incorrect or that we may have to amend the promotion and/or terms and conditions or discontinue the promotion early. We will not be liable for this or any other damage arising from this promotion. We may disqualify participants if we believe that the participant is not acting in accordance with these action terms and conditions or if the participant is otherwise behaving fraudulently. If any provision of these promotion terms and conditions should be void or voidable, this will not affect the other provisions of these promotion terms and conditions. We will replace that void or voidable provision with a valid provision. These action and action conditions are further governed by Belgian law.
