Dversnes Lavik delivers first-ever Giro stage win for Team Uno-X Mobility
Stage 15 of the Giro d’Italia was expected to end in a bunch sprint in Milan. Instead, it became one of the most impressive breakaway victories of this year’s race, with Fredrik Dversnes Lavik delivering the first-ever Giro stage win for Team Uno-X Mobility.
The Norwegian rider attacked after just 4 kilometers together with Mirco Maestri, Martin Marcellusi and Mattia Bais. What looked like a traditional early move quickly turned into a serious challenge for the peloton, as the four riders maintained a relentless pace throughout the day.
Over the 157-kilometer stage, the breakaway averaged an incredible 51.3 km/h. Despite multiple sprint teams trying to organize the chase behind them, the gap never fully came down. With teams already sacrificing riders far from the finish, the peloton gradually ran out of control while the leaders kept pushing through the streets of Milan.

Inside the final kilometers, it became clear the stage victory would stay at the front. Dversnes Lavik looked strongest throughout the finale and finished the job in style. Sprinting aboard his Ridley Noah Fast, he produced a peak power output of 1260 watts to launch clear in the final meters and celebrate before crossing the line.
The victory marks the biggest win of Dversnes Lavik’s career and an important milestone for Team Uno-X Mobility, securing the team’s first-ever stage victory in the Giro d’Italia.

Noah Fast
The fastest bike we’ve ever builtIn 2025, aerodynamics is everything! Ridley’s product developers started with a blank slate for the third generation of the Noah Fast. The result is a 100% aero bike. At a speed of 50 kilometers per hour, the Noah Fast is 8.5 watts faster than its predecessor. This underscores that aerodynamics are rooted in Ridley’s DNA.
