Job Description

- You will be involved in all stages of the development process, from concept to production.
- You will play a crucial role in identifying technical requirements, designing components and systems, conducting tests, and optimizing our products.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development process of E-bikes, including prototyping, testing, and product implementation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and external partners, to achieve project goals.
- Identifying technical requirements and specifications for E-bike frames, components, and systems.
- Monitoring testing and certification of the E-bikes under development, managing technical files within the legislative and regulatory framework.
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of product development processes and methodologies.
- Monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analysis to drive product innovation.
Profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the bicycle industry or a related sector.
- In-depth knowledge of E-bike technologies, components, and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity, innovation, and passion for cycling are a must.
