Job Description
You lead a team of Account Managers and work closely with the Inside Sales team. You are also responsible for building a dealer network in these regions.
- Together with the Global Sales Director you determine a clear future strategy for your area with a focus on increasing partnerships in your regions
- For this role you report to the Global Sales Director
- Initiating and maintaining relationship with Key accounts in the regions
- Maintaining administration of dealers base and relative orders
- Professionalizing the team: you support your team to proactively focus on the dealer network
- You determine the sales targets together with the team
- You monitor individual and team performance
- Optimal cooperation with rest of Sales Management
What are you bringing?
- At least 5 years of experience in a regional sales management position;
- Proven experience in the given regions
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish, Italian and English
- Sales experience in B2B, with a good professional network
- Goal oriented with a proven track record of growth
- Hands-on mentality and open to new challenges
- Good analytical skills and familiar with numbers and statistical graphs
- Out-of-the-box thinking
Job requires some traveling to the given regions
