Ridley Pro Teams

Cycling Team

Wallonie-Bruxelles is a Belgian Pro-Continental team founded in 2011. Based in Wallonia, the team’s top purpose is to develop young talent consisting mainly of Belgian cyclists. The team serves as a crucial stepping stone for these riders by giving them the opportunity to show themselves in international races so that they come into view of the WorldTour teams. By being given a chance to show what they are capable of, these riders are more likely to be hired by WorldTour teams for leading or protected roles other than being relegated to domestique their whole careers.

One such rider that just made this successful jump thanks to the efforts of Wallonie-Bruxelles team is Lawrence Naesen (brother of 2017 Belgian Road World Champion Oliver Naesen). Lawrence makes the switch to Lotto Soudal in 2018.

The team rides on our bikes since 2015. They compete on the Ridley Helium X and Noah.
