Jonas Abrahamsen wins in the Tour on the Noah Fast

  • News
Just a month ago, Jonas Abrahamsen broke his collarbone, and today he wins a stage in the Tour de France. It’s the very first stage victory for UNO-X in the biggest cycling race in the world. Jonas embodied the spirit of the Breakaway Boys, attacked from the start, and won the stage by half a wheel. It’s the first stage win in the Tour for the brand-new third generation of the Noah Fast.

Today we had “Nothing Toulouse,” was the joke in the sunny south of France this afternoon. But soon, the puns gave way to racing, and when the race director waved his flag, Jonas Abrahamsen immediately launched an attack. For kilometers he rode ahead of the peloton with three riders on what seemed like a hopeless mission.

Breakaway Boys

Those who closely followed our channels already knew that the UNO-X riders wouldn’t attack in this Tour without a purpose. The Breakaway Boys attack to win. Jonas conserved just a bit of energy all day. In the finale, he and his breakaway companions kept the chasing pack at bay. Then he broke away with Swiss rider Mauro Schmid, setting up a sprint between the two for the win.

It was incredibly close, but thanks to the Noah Fast, Jonas won by just a few centimeters! This is the first ever Tour stage win for UNO-X. The Noah has already seen success in La Grande Boucle in the past, but this is the first victory for its brand-new third generation. We are more than proud of this amazing success. Everyone within the Ridley family has worked hard over the past months to make this possible!

At a speed of 50 kilometers per hour, the Noah Fast is 8.5 watts faster than its predecessor. This underscores that aerodynamics are rooted in Ridley’s DNA.
