Boundless adventures begin with the new E-Kanzo Adventure!
Following the E-Grifn and the E-ASTR, we are expanding our e-bike range with an electric version of our most adventurous gravel bike: the E-Kanzo Adventure. This new e-bike builds on the proven capabilities of the Kanzo Adventure, a beloved companion for any bikepacking challenge. With electric assistance, adventure is now even more accessible, even in the most remote corners.
The Kanzo Adventure has been part of our premium range since 2022. In 2024, Gran Fondo Cycling named this bike “Best in Test” in the Best Adventure Gravel Bike category. And in 2025, the Kanzo Adventure remains a benchmark within the adventure segment. This is thanks to the bike’s versatility: with its specific Adventure geometry and groundbreaking tire clearance up to 54 mm, you can tackle any terrain. Multiple practical mounting points, for example on the fork, mean you’re ready to carry panniers, a toolset, and extra bottle cages.

Bosch Performance CX
The E-Kanzo Adventure is powered by the robust Bosch Performance CX drive unit. This is Bosch’s latest and most powerful motor, with standard output of 100 Nm torque, 750 W peak power, and 400% support (optionally adjustable via the Bosch eBike Flow app). The unit weighs only 2.8 kg. The Powertube battery has a capacity of 600 Wh and weighs 3 kg.
Even under heavy load, the Performance CX runs remarkably quietly. Thanks to advanced sensor technology, the drive unit responds quickly and precisely to your input, ensuring an extremely natural riding experience with smooth, gradual acceleration—without feeling like you’re on a motorcycle. With four different support levels (Eco, Tour, Sport, Turbo), you decide exactly how much assistance you want.

The System Controller is seamlessly embedded in the top tube and operated via two buttons and an on/off switch. There’s no display. On the handlebars, the Mini Remote allows quick and intuitive adjustments while riding. Geometry
In terms of geometry, the E-Kanzo Adventure stays close to the Kanzo Adventure. You’ll notice this in the slacker head tube angle, the low bottom bracket, and the rear triangle that adds extra comfort. Our engineers slightly adjusted the axle-to-crown length (435 mm vs. 400 mm), allowing the bike to be fitted with a suspension fork without affecting handling.
The E-Kanzo Adventure accommodates tires up to 54 mm, the same as the non-electric version. We ship the bike with Vittoria Mezcal 29x2.1 tires as standard; their width helps roll more easily over uneven terrain and provides extra comfort and grip on challenging off-road trails.

Earlier this year we launched the E-ASTR, and in 2024 the E-Grifn. With these, we now offer three electric gravel bikes that mirror our classic range: from performance (E-ASTR) to all-road (E-Grifn) to adventure gravel (E-Kanzo Adventure). Our engineers strategically chose three different motor systems, so that each bike follows its own philosophy. Each motor is tuned to the specific use and terrain of the bike. We’re proud to be a trendsetter in the gravel segment, offering a complete electric range alongside our classic models.
