Our sandman Daan Soete crowned himself Belgian beachrace champion last Sunday in Bredene! Ridley Racing Team aims to shine in all offroad disciplines, and when the rider from the Kempen showed interest in this championship, we ensured he had a true beach racer at his disposal. After 57 kilometers of battling the wind, Daan had the strongest final sprint. It’s also the first title for Ridley Racing Team.

Two Out of Two for Eli Iserbyt

Eli Iserbyt enjoyed a perfect weekend on the cyclocross circuit. On Saturday, he claimed victory in the Urban Cross in Kortrijk, his home region. A day later, he won the first round of the UCI Cyclocross World Cup by the Scheldt in Antwerp. Unsurprisingly, the Belgian champion now also leads the World Cup standings. As an added bonus, his teammate Michael Vanthourenhout joined him on the podium twice.
