Can I change my order?


I have ordered the wrong article.

  • We do our best to send your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, in many cases it is not possible to change your order afterwards. Please contact our customer service to discuss the possibilities.

My address has changed.

  • In this case, please contact Customer Service immediately. As soon as the parcel has been handed over to the parcel service, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping information.

Can I cancel my order?


Once your order has reached us, we cannot stop the ordering process. However, you can return the package after receipt. Have you opted for prepayment or is there an item with a longer delivery time? Please contact our customer service. Contact




How can I change my address?


During the ordering process you can change your billing or delivery address.

Have you already placed your order?

In this case, please contact our customer service immediately. As soon as the package has been transferred to the parcel service, you will receive an e-mail with shipping information.

Your parcel could not be delivered?

The parcel will automatically be returned to us and you will receive a credit note. Please check your address and place the order again with the correct address.
