What do I need to do to benefit from the warranty?

  • The Frame must be registered within one month after purchase at https://www.ridley-bikes.com/bike-registration. After registration the owner will receive confirmation of registration. The warranty for Frames is valid from the date of registration.
  • Claims within the framework of this warranty must be submitted in writing as soon as possible via an authorised Ridley/ Eddy Merckx dealer. The Frame should be delivered to your authorised Ridley/Eddy Merckx dealer, together with a receipt, invoice or other valid written authentic proof of purchase on which the Frame’s serial number and date of purchase are stated. 
  • If BCF considers that the Frame is covered by the warranty it provides, at the discretion of BCF this is repaired or replaced by the same or an equivalent product, if the same product is no longer available. These are the sole warranty obligations of BCF.
