Tubulure hydraulique

Nos vélos en aluminium sont soumis à un processus high-tech extrêmement rigoureux avant de déployer notre chaîne de montage belge en tant que vélos complets.

Nous sélectionnons un alliage d’aluminium 6061-T6 couramment utilisé dans l’industrie aéronautique car il obtient de très bons scores en termes de rigidité, de fatigue du métal, de poids et de précision de soudage. Tous nos tubes sont triplés lorsque l’épaisseur de la paroi centrale est 3x plus fine qu’aux extrémités. Cela minimise le poids et maximise la rigidité.

Les tubes sont également hydroformés - un processus dans lequel l’eau sous pression donne aux tubes la forme souhaitée, sans dommage potentiel que la formation mécanique peut causer.

Enfin, nous utilisons une "soudure à plat à double passe” dans des endroits cruciaux pour une résistance accrue et une finition nette - un must absolu pour les vélos en aluminium modernes.

Which seatpost clamp should be used on the frame

The integrated seatpost clamp (Ridley article code SPCINT4ZA003) for 27.2mm round seatpost is used on the Fenix SLiC, Fenix Disc, Ignite SLX, Kanzo Adventure and Grifn frameplatforms.

How big should the front blade of the Kanzo Adventure be?

The answer depends on your set-up, if you ride with a single front sprocket then you can go up to 42t maximum. Those who ride with a double front can go up to 38t.
